Falling Waters Villa Naples, Naples

The pool at Falling Waters is absolutely amazing! It's one of the largest in SW Florida, with an island right in the center and beautiful waterfalls. I spent countless hours enjoying the serene atmosphere, and the fact that there’s a pool guard to ensure safety on lounge chairs was a big plus.

The gated community made me feel at ease while my kids roamed freely. They loved exploring the lush gardens and found the pool area enjoyable and safe, especially with a lifeguard present in the mornings. It was great to have such a welcoming environment for families!

We had a charming vacation rental with a spacious lanai overlooking the pond, which made for wonderful mornings. Each rental seemed to embody that classic Florida style and was equipped perfectly for a relaxing stay. It felt like a home away from home.

While there’s no gym, the amenities provided plenty of entertainment. We enjoyed swimming in the beautifully maintained pool and playing tennis on the courts. It was a great destination to unwind and also had options to explore nearby beaches or venture out to local attractions.
